The software operates with interface langage available in French, English, and Spanish. It is being used for education programs, where the server is set-up in schools (such as the WikiChallenge Ecoles d'Afrique).
It can be used by an individual but was more meant to be used by groups for collaborative purposes. To operate, it requires to be set-up on a server (for example a raspberry PI). It has been realized by Wiki in Africa, in collaboration with Wikimedia CH and Kiwix ( Anthere, Emmanuel Engelhard (Kelson), Florent Kaisser, Renaud Gaudin, Tonygarfume and other members of the community).
